Salary slips

Open Salary slips in the sidebar to download documents published by your employer. Staff can see only their own published slips in the current workspace. Filter by pay month or use All months and the page controls to browse older documents.

Owners and admins can import approved PDF slips from their payroll provider. Select up to 20 PDFs at a time, each no larger than 5 MiB, enter the provider/source, and assign every file to an employee and pay month. Save drafts uploads the documents without making them visible to employees. Review the file, employee and month before choosing Publish salary slip.

Publishing a correction replaces the employee's current slip for that month and retains the earlier document as withdrawn history for owners/admins. Withdraw salary slip removes employee access without deleting the original. Import a new revision to correct a withdrawn slip. Downloads require authentication and are not public sharing links. Employment/workspace deletion follows Miru's existing deletion behavior and removes the associated salary-slip records and attachments.

Each file is saved independently, so a failed upload does not stop later files. Successful files leave the upload queue and appear as drafts. Failed files keep their employee/month assignments and show a filename-specific error; correct or remove them before retrying. You can remove a file and select it again.

Publication and withdrawal require confirmation. If the action is rejected, the confirmation shows the error and remains open. Cancel closes it without sending another action; starting a new confirmation clears the previous error. Publication, withdrawal and downloads are recorded in the company audit log.

This archive stores approved provider documents. It does not calculate salary, determine tax deductions, execute salary payments, or issue statutory TDS certificates. Publishing a slip does not confirm payment. Use Tax declarations for deduction claims and evidence review. India payroll calculations, consultant withholding, GST and year-end tax preparation are separate planned capabilities.
